Newburgh Artist Opportunity - Frost Fest 2025 Holiday Windows
For the past two years, the Downtown District Alliance and member Jessica Williams (of Hendley & Co) have worked with local businesses, artists and schools to decorate storefronts on Liberty Street and Broadway, turning our historic downtown into a winter wonderland.
Thanks to local council member, Ramona Monteverde, a stipend is available for participating artists in order to cover the cost of materials for window decorating.
